Welcome to the in-house built Funtear Mansion 115. Named after two legendary songs by our music hero: Bruce Springsteen. This is an impressive 45m² apartment in the distinctive aircraft style of Tin Can Town. The Rosalita Mansion consists of several rooms, including a master bedroom and a separate bedroom for three people. Furthermore, the sofa can be transformed into a bed, allowing a total of six people to sleep. All of this is equipped with every convenience, including a private bathroom.

The interior exudes the atmosphere of 'Happy Days', inspired by the 1950s. The beautiful American kitchen, modeled after 'Raymond Loewy', can be partially slid out to create a convenient outdoor kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a retro refrigerator, a Big Green Egg, a dual-zone induction hob, a retro coffee maker, a toaster, and a blender for the most delicious milkshakes.

Surrounding the Rosalita Mansion is an enormous sun terrace. From here, you have a view of the entire park on one side, while at the rear you enjoy complete privacy with a view of a beautiful pond and a private sunken seating area. Outside, you will find a Burning Barrel fireplace and a separate Big Green Egg. The garden furniture seats ten people, perfect for guests.

Just like all units at Tin Can Town, the Rosalita Mansion is equipped with a HiRes HiFi system, private Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, Apple TV, Chrome TV, a music streamer, a turntable, and an extensive Bruce Springsteen vinyl collection. Enjoy the nostalgia and the rock 'n' roll!
