Welcome to the Funtear Mansion 115, built in-house and named after two legendary songs by our music hero Bruce Springsteen. This impressive 45 m² apartment in Tin Can Town's distinctive aircraft style has a master bedroom and a separate bedroom for three, and the sofa converts into a bed, so up to six people can sleep here. Everything is thoughtfully equipped, including a private bathroom.

The interior breathes the atmosphere of 'Happy Days', inspired by the 1950s. The beautiful American kitchen, modelled on the designs of Raymond Loewy, partly slides outside to create a handy outdoor kitchen. It's equipped with a retro fridge, a Kamado BBQ (extra charge, via the Guest Portal), a two-zone induction hob, a retro coffee maker, a toaster and a blender for the most delicious milkshakes.

The Rosalita Mansion is surrounded by a huge sun terrace. On one side you look out over the whole park; at the back you enjoy complete privacy, with a view of a lovely pond and your own sunken seating area. Outside you'll find a Burning Barrel fire pit and a separate Kamado BBQ (extra charge, via the Guest Portal). The garden furniture seats ten – perfect for having friends over.

Like every unit at Tin Can Town, the Rosalita Mansion comes with a hi-res hi-fi system, private Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, Apple TV, Chrome TV, a music streamer, a turntable and an extensive Bruce Springsteen vinyl collection. Enjoy the nostalgia and the rock 'n' roll!
